By creating an account you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You can only ask us to take down content that is yours: content you own the rights to, or your own image or personal data published without your consent.
• Blow A Website is not a tool to take down sites you simply don't like, or someone else's material. Those requests are rejected.

Your signature and false claims

Each takedown notice is signed by you with your full name. Signing a notice you know is false can make you liable for damages under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Only sign what's true.

What we do, and what we don't promise

• We review each link, prepare the notice you sign, find where to send it, and track its status.
• Whether content comes down is decided by the host or platform, not by us. We can't guarantee removal or how long it takes.
• We can refuse or stop processing a link, for example if it doesn't look like your content.
• We're not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.

Payments

The plans on our home page aren't on sale yet; nobody is charged today. Before any paid plan starts, its price and the refund policy will be shown before you pay.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for what a host or platform decides to do with a notice.

Changes

If these terms change we'll update the date above. Big changes will be announced on the site before they apply.
